Job Description

A Contracts Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration and negotiation for a company. They work closely with project managers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that contracts are compliant and meet the company's objectives.


Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
  • Prepare and update contract documents and templates
  • Track and monitor contract performance and deadlines
  • Resolve contract disputes and issues as they arise


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of contract law and regulations
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
