Job Description

Commis 1: you are a responsible to follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures. Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served in the dining areas. Responsibilities will include: Prepare and assist in the preparation of various dishes under the guidance of more experienced chefs.


Commis 2: you are responsible to prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
