Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fertility clinic, ensuring quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical leadership and expertise in the field of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) to guide treatment protocols and decisions.
• Collaborate with the medical team to review patient cases, establish treatment plans, and monitor progress during IVF cycles.
• Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and examinations to determine the appropriate course of treatment.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in IVF techniques and technologies.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including fertility specialists, embryologists, and nurses.
• Participate in research projects, clinical trials, and quality improvement initiatives related to IVF.
• Work closely with administrative staff to optimize clinic efficiency, maintain accurate records, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, such as referring physicians, labs, and regulatory bodies.
• Uphold ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and best practices in reproductive medicine.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Subspecialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a fertility clinic.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Subspecialty certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART).
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a fertility clinic.
