Job Description

As a Client Relations Executive in the IT industry, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong technical background to understand client needs and requirements. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide a seamless experience for clients and help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any client issues and escalating them as needed. A client-centric approach, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude are key traits for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Understand and address client needs and requirements related to IT solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling IT services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Lead client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Monitor and track client feedback and trends to improve overall client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide clients with relevant insights.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand client base and enhance relationships.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Knowledge of IT industry and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management preferred.
