Job Description

As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will assist customers with product or service information, process orders, handle complaints, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service role and familiarity with call center software and techniques are preferred. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Complete call logs and produce call reports.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
