Job Description


Job Purpose

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving growth in our staffing services, both white and blue collars. To foster relationships and enhancing the company’s market presence particularly within the staffing, and recruitment sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends in the staffing industry.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our staffing services and value proposition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure client satisfaction and successful placement of candidates.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyse sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in staffing.

 

Qualification & Experiences:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum of not less than 5 years of experience in business development or sales, in the staffing and recruitment industry in UAE.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. With valid UAE Driver’s license
