Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand our short-term rental portfolio.
• Identify and acquire new clients, landlords, and properties to enhance our listings.
• Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including landlords, investors, and partners.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
• Drive the growth of the department through innovative approaches and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• UAE-based professional with in-depth knowledge of the short-term rental market.
• Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry.
• Owns a car and has a valid UAE driving license.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of responsibilities.
