Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. The role requires a systematic and analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills. The Business Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as business owners and IT teams, to understand requirements and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain business process models and workflows.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technological solutions.
• Perform data analysis to support decision making and identify trends.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and obtain feedback.
• Develop functional specifications for IT systems and applications.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet requirements.
• Provide training and support to end users during system implementation and post-implementation.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
