Job Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. The role requires a systematic and analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills. The Business Analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders, such as business owners and IT teams, to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain business process models and workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement technological solutions.
- Perform data analysis to support decision making and identify trends.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and obtain feedback.
- Develop functional specifications for IT systems and applications.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet requirements.
- Provide training and support to end users during system implementation and post-implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
