Billing Executive- Healthcare

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to manage the healthcare billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, claims processing, and payment collections. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical billing, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process patient invoices and medical claims accurately.
• Verify insurance coverage, pre-authorizations, and eligibility for medical services.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for claims submission, follow-ups, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with medical billing regulations, coding standards, and healthcare policies.
• Maintain accurate records of patient billing, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Assist patients with billing inquiries, payment plans, and insurance claim issues.
• Work closely with doctors, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor and analyze billing data to identify discrepancies and resolve errors promptly.
• Stay updated with medical coding updates (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and healthcare regulations.
• Prepare and present billing reports for management review and financial audits.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Billing Executive in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing procedures, insurance claims, and coding.
• Familiarity with healthcare software .
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple billing tasks.

• Certification in Medical Billing & Coding is a plus.
