Job Description

A Banking Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services, including loans, credit cards, and accounts, to potential clients. This role requires a dynamic, target-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of banking products, market trends, and customer relationship management. Success in this role depends on the ability to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve sales targets in a competitive banking environment.


Responsibilities:

  • identify and approach potential customers to promote banking products and services

  • develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer retention

  • assess client financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions

  • achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within assigned deadlines

  • provide detailed product information and assist clients with the application process

  • stay updated on financial market trends and competitor products to enhance sales strategies

  • collaborate with internal banking teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery

  • maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

  • handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

  • participate in marketing campaigns, networking events, and outreach programs to boost sales


Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field

  • minimum of 2-4 years of experience in banking sales or financial services

  • strong understanding of retail banking products, including loans, credit cards, and savings accounts

  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

  • ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain a professional network

  • self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications

  • fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
