Asst Housekeeping Manager

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager-Operations supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the housekeeping department's daily operations. They coordinate and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, and handle guest requests and complaints. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager-Operations also schedules and trains staff and monitors inventory and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in planning and directing housekeeping activities.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and order replacements as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping procedures and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
