Associate Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Solutions Engineer to support the sales and technical teams by providing pre-sales assistance, product demonstrations, and tailored client solutions. Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating technical solutions tailored to client needs.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements.

• Develop proof-of-concept setups and respond to RFPs and RFIs.

• Support the deployment and integration of solutions post-sale.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.

• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues during pre-sales engagements.

• Work closely with product management for feedback and improvements.

• Prepare technical documentation and client proposals.

• Build strong relationships with clients by providing technical support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical support, or pre-sales role.

• Strong understanding of IT systems, cloud services, and software platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
