Job Description

As an Assistant Manager of Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in managing all aspects of the corporate sales team and driving business growth. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, leading and motivating the sales team, prospecting and acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and participating in sales meetings and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven leadership abilities, and a results-driven approach. A bachelor's degree in business or related field is required, with previous experience in corporate sales preferred.


Responsibilities

  • Support the Corporate Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the corporate sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to corporate clients showcasing our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in negotiating and closing sales deals with corporate clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Monitor and track sales performance against set targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
