Accounts Receivable Executive

As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounts receivable function, including invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization and supporting our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

- Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices

- Follow up with customers to ensure timely and accurate payments

- Monitor customer accounts and assist with collections

- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues

- Review and analyze delinquent accounts and develop action plans for resolution

- Communicate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues

- Prepare and maintain various financial reports related to accounts receivable

- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role

- Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

- Prior experience in collections is a plus
