Accounts Payable Specialist

An Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify and reconcile vendor statements and account balances.
• Prepare and perform payment runs, including checks and electronic transfers.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.

• Generate financial reports and assist with audit preparations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial role.
