Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and knowledgeable Account Executive to oversee and expand our client base within the oil and gas industry. This role focuses on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding complex customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the energy sector, a passion for sales, and the ability to manage long sales cycles. As a crucial part of our commercial team, you will play a pivotal role in generating new revenue opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and evolving environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients in the oil and gas industry to drive long-term business growth

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and client demands within the energy sector

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions tailored to customer needs

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into deliverable solutions

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with business objectives and customer expectations

  • Monitor account performance and provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and identify new leads

  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM tools


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or Sales Professional in the oil and gas sector

  • Strong understanding of industry-specific products, services, and commercial challenges

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels

  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
