Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to drive business development efforts, identify new clients, and build strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, consulting services, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities

βœ… Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients in need of consulting and strategic advisory services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business.

βœ… Lead Generation & Client Engagement

  • Research and target potential clients in corporate, finance, and strategic management sectors.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations to convert prospects into long-term partners.
  • Work closely with marketing and consulting teams to develop tailored proposals.

βœ… Sales Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
  • Provide regular reports on sales progress, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and optimize sales strategies.

βœ… Collaboration & Market Intelligence

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align consulting offerings with client needs.
  • Represent Hant International Consulting at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.

Key Requirements

πŸŽ“ Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Experience in the consulting, corporate, or financial sectors is a plus.

πŸ”Ή Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and propose relevant consulting solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
