Real Estate Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert advice and exceptional customer service throughout the real estate process.

Responsibilities:

·         Assist clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties.

·         Conduct market analysis to determine competitive pricing.

·         Guide clients through property tours, negotiations, and closing processes.

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.

·         Network with potential clients through events, referrals, and online platforms.

·         Build strong relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Requirements:

Visa: Own Visa Only

Holder of UAE Driving license + CAR

·         Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred).

·         Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

·         Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

·         Knowledge of real estate markets, regulations and best practices.

·         High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Remuneration: Commission based, 50/50 split.
