Operations Executive

We are hiring an efficient Operations Executive to support the seamless execution of business processes, logistics, and customer services across our UAE operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational activities and workflow.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor supply chain, inventory, and logistics activities.

• Prepare reports and analyze operational performance data.

• Handle client queries and ensure timely service delivery.

• Implement and improve operational procedures.

• Support management in planning and decision-making activities.

• Maintain documentation and operational records accurately.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

• Assist in project management and special assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in an operational role.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
