Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and execute marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation, particularly in the consulting or professional services industry.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Track marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.

✅ Content Creation & Digital Marketing

• Create compelling content for the company website, blog, and social media.
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and online presence.
• Design and distribute newsletters, case studies, and client success stories.

✅ SEO & Lead Generation

• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO).
• Implement lead generation campaigns through targeted digital ads and email marketing.
• Analyze website and campaign data using Google Analytics and other tools.

✅ Event & Partnership Marketing

• Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and workshops.
• Develop relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
• Support sales and business development teams with marketing materials.

Key Requirements

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a consulting, corporate, or professional services environment.

🔹 Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategy.
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar).
