Environmental Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to provide expert advice and solutions related to environmental issues for various projects and organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of environmental regulations, assessment techniques, and sustainability practices. This role involves conducting site assessments, preparing reports, and ensuring environmental compliance across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA) and audits for projects and operations.

• Advise clients on environmental regulations and ensure compliance with local, regional, and international standards.

• Analyze data and prepare technical reports, including recommendations for environmental mitigation and improvements.

• Develop and implement environmental management systems and sustainability strategies.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and clients to support environmental permitting and approvals.

• Monitor environmental performance and assess risks to environmental and human health.

• Provide training and guidance on environmental best practices and procedures.

• Stay current on developments in environmental legislation and policy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in environmental consulting or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of environmental laws, standards, and best practices.

• Proficient in environmental assessment tools and software.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team.
