Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations across our business units. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate, facility management, or construction, with a proven ability to develop and maintain efficient operational systems that support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational standards to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability across the business.
• Oversee day-to-day business functions, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and continuously assess and improve operational processes.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources in line with business objectives and financial goals.
• Lead, motivate, and manage operational teams to achieve business goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar operations role, preferably within real estate, facility management, or construction.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
