Job Title: Payroll Consultant - Jordan and Iraq

Duration: Minimum 2 Weeks (Freelance/Consultant Position)

 We are currently seeking a skilled Payroll Consultant to provide expertise in managing payroll-related information specifically for Jordan and Iraq. This is a freelance/consultant position with a minimum commitment of 2 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

Country-Specific Payroll Expertise:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements for Jordan and Iraq.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to payroll processing in both countries.

Data Collection and Verification:

Gather relevant payroll data, including employee information, tax details, and other necessary data points for accurate payroll processing.

Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Payroll Processing:

Utilize your expertise to process payroll accurately and efficiently for employees in Jordan and Iraq.

Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other related payments.

Tax Compliance:

Stay informed about changes in tax regulations in Jordan and Iraq and ensure payroll processes are in compliance with local tax laws.

Provide guidance on tax reporting and withholding requirements.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare detailed documentation of the payroll processes and procedures implemented during the consultancy period.

Generate comprehensive reports on payroll activities, tax filings, and compliance status.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant or similar role, with specific expertise in Jordanian and Iraqi payroll.

In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements in Jordan and Iraq.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proven experience as a Payroll Consultant or similar role, with specific expertise in Jordanian and Iraqi payroll.

In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements in Jordan and Iraq.
