• Act as a trusted technical advisor to our sales team, understanding customer needs and challenges related to endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, all-in-ones).
• Analyze customer requirements and specifications, including tenders and RFQs, to identify the most suitable and cost-effective solutions from our product portfolio and vendor partnerships.
• Work closely with vendors to configure and customize endpoint devices based on specific customer needs, leveraging system architect tools.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
• Prepare competitive proposals and quotations to meet tender deadlines and win new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to build strong relationships with clients and ensure their long-term satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies related to endpoint devices.
• Strong understanding of endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, all-in-ones) hardware and software configurations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyse complex technical requirements and translate them into workable solutions.
• 2-4 years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, ideally within the IT industry.
• Experience in working on RFPs, RFQs, both building RFP and responding to RFPs would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system architect tools (a plus).
