Job Description

- Lead Management & Conversion

- Respond to inbound leads from WhatsApp, Instagram, and our website promptly.

- Engage potential customers with a professional, friendly, and persuasive approach.

- Qualify leads based on service requirements, location, and urgency.

- Follow up on undecided leads, re-engaging them to maximize conversions.

- Track and manage all leads using our CRM (GoHighLevel). Sales & Customer Relations

- Close bookings over WhatsApp and calls with a strong focus on customer needs.

- Upsell and cross-sell services, maximizing the value of each booking.

- Provide accurate service recommendations based on customer needs.

- Ensure a seamless handover of confirmed bookings to the operations team. Process Optimization & Reporting

- Monitor lead conversion rates and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.

- Identify common objections and refine responses to improve closing rates.

- Report daily conversion performance and suggest strategies for improvement.


Key Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion (preferably in a service-based business).

- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred), and call handling.

- Persuasive & proactive sales approach, with a track record of converting leads into paying customers.

- Strong organization skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet conversion targets.

- Knowledge of the car detailing industry is a plus, but not required.
