Job Description
The UX/UI Designer is responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. They conduct user research, develop wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with development teams to implement designs. Additionally, they advocate for usability and accessibility standards and provide design recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements.
- Create user-centered designs and user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility.
- Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Document design guidelines and standards for consistency.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Provide design recommendations and present design concepts to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
- Proficient in design tools and software like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator etc.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
