Job Description:

·        Reinforce a client first culture, actively coach each team member in delivering a superior client experience

·        Supervise and support Financial Advisors and branch teams in regards to the firm's insurance business to ensure firm policies and industry regulations are adhered to

·        Advanced, comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry, with extensive background in implementation of risk transfer and risk financing programs, experience with development of risk engineering programs, analysis of business interruption exposures, and assessment of corporate property valuations

·        Accountable for the development and maintenance of key analytics and contract inventory management

·        Collaborates with business and Procurement partners in driving cost efficiencies (reductions and avoidance) and protective contractual wording

·        Sponsors and leads work in conjunction with various key partners/relationships to ensure smooth transition of transformational/ change initiatives from project scoping to rollout/implementation

·        Seeks opportunities to support the expansion and leveraging of common functions within Supplier Relationship Management CoE and other enterprise partner/support teams

·        Accountable for department budgets and expenses ensuring they are tracked and reported accurately and cost management guidelines are maintained to achieve business plan goals

·        Effectively optimize workforce efficiency to ensure workforce support level is maintained

·        Effectively leads and motivates a team of 6+ direct reports who provide day to day guidance to business re supplier framework, due diligence, on-boarding and off-boarding, contract renewals and/or changes
