TALENTMATE® may use artificial intelligence, automated systems, algorithms, and other technology to support its recruitment and career services.

This may include analysing CVs and profiles, identifying skills and experience, matching candidates with jobs, recommending job opportunities, finding relevant job listings, improving search results, analysing or improving CVs and resumes, and providing career-related recommendations.

5. Sharing Information with Employers and Recruiters

When you apply for a job, we may share your CV, profile, application, and related information with the employer or recruiter responsible for that vacancy.

Depending on the features you use and your profile settings, registered employers or recruiters may also be able to view or discover your professional profile.

Employers and recruiters may use the information they receive for their own recruitment and employment purposes and may be subject to their own privacy obligations.

6. Affiliates, Sister Concerns and Partners

We may share relevant information with our affiliates, sister concerns, group companies, strategic partners, technology partners, and authorised service providers where this is reasonably required to provide, improve, integrate, or offer related services.

We may still send important account, security, transaction, application, or service-related messages where necessary.

11. Data Security and Retention
