Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for our events and conferences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with sponsors and exhibitors. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, prospecting potential sponsors and exhibitors, creating custom sponsorship packages, and meeting revenue targets. Additionally, the Sponsorship & Exhibition Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing and events team to ensure seamless execution of sponsor and exhibitor deliverables. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sponsorship and exhibition sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential sponsors, exhibitors, and partners.
  • Create customized sponsorship and exhibition packages to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including negotiating contracts, processing payments, and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to develop and promote sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote sponsorship and exhibition opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to sponsors and exhibitors before, during, and after events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sponsorship and exhibition sales, preferably in the events industry.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Ability to strategize and develop innovative sales approaches to drive revenue growth.
