Odoo Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead and support the deployment of Odoo ERP solutions. This role involves configuring, customizing, and integrating Odoo applications to meet business needs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and provide training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and design tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including setup, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide training and technical support to users for effective system utilization.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
• Work closely with developers to implement customizations and enhancements.
• Prepare documentation for system configurations, user guides, and best practices.
• Stay updated with Odoo’s latest features and updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and business workflows.
• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo development frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party tool connections.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
