Lift Technician

1.       Install and assemble lifts, elevators, and escalators according to design specifications.

2.       Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.

3.       Trouble-shoot mechanical and electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.

4.       Ability to identify and report defective parts in advance to respective person. Upon instructions, should repair those parts using specialized tools and equipment.

5.       Maintain detailed records of work completed and materials used.

6.       Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

7.       Respond promptly to site requirements and plan materials in advance.

8.       Capable to manage co-workers and able to complete the tasks within the budget hours allocated for each units.

9.       Effective on-time communication with project teams.

10.   Maintain tools and equipment properly.

11.   Compliance with company policies and industrial standards.

Requirements:

1.       Proven experience as a lift technician or in a similar mechanical/electrical role.

2.       Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

3.       Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.

4.       Excellent troubleshooting, time management and problem-solving skills.

5.       Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

6.       Good communication and teamwork skills.

7.       Relevant certification or training in lift maintenance and repair is preferred.
