ERP Specialist - Supply Chain Management

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Specialist – Supply Chain Management to manage and optimize ERP solutions for supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP implementation, process automation, and supply chain optimization, ensuring seamless business operations and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, and optimize ERP systems for supply chain operations.
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs.
• Configure and customize supply chain modules in ERP software.
• Identify and troubleshoot ERP system issues, ensuring smooth system performance.
• Analyze supply chain processes and recommend automation and efficiency improvements.
• Integrate ERP with third-party applications, including warehouse management and logistics platforms.
• Provide training and support to end-users on ERP functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Generate reports and dashboards for performance tracking and decision-making.
• Stay updated on ERP advancements and supply chain industry trends to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation and supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms.
• Experience in procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and optimize workflows.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills (SQL, Power BI, or similar tools).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in cloud-based ERP solutions is a plus.
