Civil QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Duties will include conducting regular site inspections, reviewing construction plans and specifications, and testing building materials. The Civil QC Engineer will also work closely with project managers, construction teams, and regulatory agencies to address any quality issues and ensure adherence to all safety and building codes. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles are essential for this role. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control standards and procedures for civil construction projects.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and certifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality control issues and resolve non-conformances.
• Monitor construction activities to identify potential quality control issues and take corrective actions as needed.
• Train and mentor site personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings to provide quality control updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare quality control reports and metrics for management review.
• Conduct supplier and subcontractor quality assessments to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with third-party inspectors and auditors to verify compliance with quality control standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Quality Control or Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction quality control.
• Strong knowledge of testing procedures, industry standards, and quality assurance processes.
