Service Advisor - Electric Mobility

As a Service Advisor - Electric Mobility, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to customers regarding electric vehicles and charging solutions. Your primary duties will include assessing service needs, scheduling maintenance appointments, and ensuring timely and efficient repairs. You will also play a key role in promoting electric mobility by educating customers on the benefits of electric vehicles, such as lower maintenance costs and reduced environmental impact. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge of electric vehicle technology are essential for this role. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in electric mobility services.
• Provide information and guidance to customers on different electric vehicles and their features.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable electric mobility solutions based on their needs and budget.
• Coordinate and schedule test drives for customers to experience electric vehicles first-hand.
• Educate customers on charging infrastructure, range capabilities, and maintenance requirements of electric vehicles.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to electric mobility services promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the electric mobility industry to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the database.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in Electric Vehicle (EV) technology or relevant training courses.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Experience working in the automotive industry or with electric vehicles is preferred.
• Knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and regulations is a plus.
