Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of projects from initiation to completion. They will manage project teams, resources, timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and communicate project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Define project tasks, resource requirements, and allocation.
• Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and risks.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates.
• Identify and resolve project issues and obstacles.
• Ensure quality standards and project deliverables are met.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in relevant industries.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• PMP certification is a plus.
