Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design solutions meet client needs and align with project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with expertise in design principles, building codes, and construction processes. Key responsibilities include developing design concepts, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and overseeing a team of architects and designers. The Senior Architect will play a key role in shaping the built environment and driving innovation in architectural design. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating impactful and sustainable spaces. A minimum of 8 years of architectural experience and a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture are required for this position. Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and planning of complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide expertise in developing architectural solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural requirements with other departments such as engineering, construction, and finance.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project requirements and constraints.
  • Develop and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and best practices in architecture and design.
  • Manage and mentor junior architecture staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, incorporating feedback into design solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee construction progress and provide on-site support to ensure the successful implementation of architectural designs.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Professional certification or licensure as an architect.
  • Proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
