Sales Manager - Cards

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager specializing in credit and debit card products to drive sales, expand market reach, and develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will oversee a sales team, implement marketing strategies, and ensure revenue growth through innovative card offerings.

Responsibilities:

• develop and execute sales strategies to promote credit and debit card products

• manage a team of sales executives, providing training and performance evaluations

• establish strong relationships with clients, merchants, and banking partners

• analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities

• collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns for card products

• ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:
