A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE 

This dynamic role blends sales and customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is seamless, engaging, and results-driven. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide guidance on our products and services, all while proactively driving sales and assisting fellow associates in reaching their goals. Additionally, you will perform administrative duties such as scheduling, managing client databases, and coordinating meetings. 

SKILLS REQUIRED 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and team members 

Proven ability to drive personal sales while mentoring and motivating colleagues 

Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and sales performance 

Managing the client database for lead tracking, follow-ups, and retention efforts 

Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction 

Ensuring smooth operations, from handling inquiries to assisting with facility upkeep 

Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize promotional strategies 

Staying updated on industry trends to refine sales and service techniques
