Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates while maintaining a strong employer brand. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. The Recruitment Officer will work closely with department heads and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

  • develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent

  • utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to find potential candidates

  • collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions

  • conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates

  • maintain an updated database of candidates and track recruitment metrics

  • coordinate pre-employment processes, including background checks and reference verification

  • build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent sources

  • ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

  • stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition


Requirements:

  • bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

  • minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

  • strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws

  • experience using applicant tracking systems (ats) and hr software

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • proficiency in english; knowledge of arabic is a plus

  • experience in recruiting for multiple industries is an advantage
