Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in selling off-plan properties from top developers, providing clients with investment opportunities and end-user solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers.
  • Educate clients on upcoming real estate projects, payment plans, and investment potential.
  • Generate leads through networking, digital marketing, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Arrange property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth transaction processes.
  • Maintain relationships with developers, investors, and real estate agencies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and competitive pricing.
  • Guide clients through legal and financial aspects of purchasing off-plan properties.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan properties.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, RERA regulations, and off-plan project structures.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.
