Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic partnerships and investment plan in alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Identify and assess potential partnership opportunities to drive growth and expansion for the organization.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, investors, and industry peers.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements and investment deals to ensure mutual benefit and value creation.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities for partnerships and investments.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and investments to optimize outcomes and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and investment projects.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management on partnership and investment opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, regulations, and market dynamics related to partnerships and investments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of partnership and investment professionals to drive results and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or investment management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
