We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts across the MEA region. Based in the UAE, this leadership role will oversee brand positioning, demand generation, digital strategy, and market expansion initiatives, driving measurable impact and aligning with overall business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with MEA business goals

Lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement

Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, public relations, and event marketing

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy

Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and resource allocation

Collaborate with sales, product, and executive leadership to support go-to-market initiatives

Ensure consistency and impact of brand messaging across all regional touchpoints

Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across multiple countries

Build strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders

Monitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing regular insights and strategic adjustments

Ensure all marketing activities align with regional regulations, culture, and compliance standards
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within MEA markets

Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies

Strong understanding of regional cultural dynamics, customer behaviors, and business environments

Expertise in digital marketing, analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation
