Food Production Supervisor

The Food Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing food production processes and ensuring that production staff follow all safety and quality protocols. They will coordinate with production managers to meet production goals and deadlines, as well as monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies. The Food Production Supervisor will also be responsible for training and supervising production staff, as well as conducting regular quality control checks to ensure that products meet company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with production managers to meet production goals
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Train and supervise production staff
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP guidelines.
• Train and develop production staff on operational procedures and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve any operational or equipment-related problems.
