Fitness Sales Consultant

A Fitness Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling gym memberships, personal training programs, and other fitness-related services. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to build relationships with potential and existing clients. The consultant will play a key role in driving revenue for the gym or fitness center by understanding client needs and offering personalized fitness solutions.

Responsibilities:

• generate leads and attract new members through outreach, referrals, and marketing efforts

• conduct tours of the fitness facility and explain membership benefits to prospective clients

• understand client fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership and training packages

• achieve monthly sales targets by converting prospects into active members

• maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and upgrades

• collaborate with trainers and staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

• participate in promotional events, open houses, and social media campaigns to drive awareness

• handle membership inquiries, pricing discussions, and contract sign-ups efficiently

• provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints professionally

• stay updated on fitness industry trends, promotions, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• previous experience in fitness sales, gym membership sales, or a related customer service role preferred

• passion for health, wellness, and fitness with a strong knowledge of gym services

• excellent communication and negotiation skills

• ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals

• energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused personality

• proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills

• flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• UAE work experience and knowledge of the local fitness market is an advantage
