F and B Service Expert

The F&B Service Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests. They greet and seat customers, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations on menu items. The F&B Service Expert also ensures timely and efficient service, handles guest queries and complaints, and collaborates with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on menu items and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Handle guest queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Set up and clean tables, chairs, and dining areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Upsell menu items and promote special promotions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a fine dining establishment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
