Draftsman (Fit-out)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the client to understand project requirements, including space layouts, furniture designs, and interior elements.
• Create detailed 2D using AutoCAD, accurately depicting dimensions, materials, and finishes. Creating 3D drawings is an advantage.
• Incorporate design changes and revisions into existing drawings as required.
• Produce clear and concise documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as production and engineering teams, to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Conduct quality checks on drawings to identify errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
• Stay updated on the latest AutoCAD techniques, tools, and software advancements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven 5- 8 years of experience as an AutoCAD Draftsman or similar role in the interior design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software and its various tools for 2D. 3D drafting is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and create practical solutions.
• A degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  
  Salary: 5,000 to 8,000 AED/monthly
