Job Description

A Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate should be able to handle inquiries efficiently, process orders, and support customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns and issues.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with company policies.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and provide product/service information.

  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.

  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.

  • Ability to multitask and handle high call/chat volumes.

  • Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other digital tools.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
