We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain customer records and update account details as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual candidates (Arabic, English, or other languages) are a plus.
