A Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and live chat. They must resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Assist with product recommendations and sales


Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
